Bill Clinton was in town for a fundraiser last year and we had the honor of making the desserts. The party was held outside at a private residence. It was such a fun dessert table to put together and also very challenging since we didn’t have much time to plan due to coordination with secret service and security concerns for Mr. Clinton.


The desserts to the top left are smores mousse domes- chocolate caramel mousse covered in meringue that has been torched set on a home made graham cracker. In front is the almond raspberry pound cake. It has a hibiscus cream, fresh raspberries, white chocolate, and edible flowers.


Below is a lavendar creme brulee with a blueberry honey compote and edible flowers.
