We were thrilled to partner with The Alamo City Moms Blog to decorate the tables for their event at The Doseum in San Antonio.  The event was for new and expectant mothers so we wanted to do different themes for each table that would appeal to our audience.  In addition to the table decor we also gave each guest a sugar cookie to match the theme. Who doesn’t love a cute and delicious sugar cookie favor, right?

This table theme can be used for a baby shower or a 1st birthday.  ABC blocks are a great way to use color for a tablescape.

Sesame Street is a fun theme for young kids.  We used primary colors and the ABC blocks for this one to prop the characters on the centerpiece.  These Elmo and Cookie Monster cookies were perfect for the theme!

Hot Air Balloons are an up and coming trend and so much fun to see.  We made this centerpiece using a paper lantern and wicker basket.

This Superhero themed centerpiece was a huge hit also.  We crafted skyscraper buildings and animated action words in “explosions”.  We can’t wait to do a superhero party!

This centerpiece is perfect for a baby shower .  An adorable little stork bundle full of diapers is not only a cute display but also a great gift of a soft blanket and diapers for the expectant mom to use once the baby arrives.

Another cute baby shower decorating idea is “Spring Showers”.  We used a dainty lace parasol and attached raindrops to it, then stood the parasol in grass patches with butterflies around the base.

Another trending theme is a Garden Party.  We used decorative bird houses, a watering can and little butterflies to create a lovely centerpiece.

This table centerpiece would be elegant for a baby shower or for an adult party.  Antique lanterns with flowers and shabby chic styled embellishments make this centerpiece a lovely display.

Another fun way to have a colorful party is to do a Candy Theme.  We used a paper lantern wrapped in cellophane clear wrap with a thick dowel to resemble a lollipop and then propped the lollipop in a bucket of skittles and cylinder vases full of gumballs, Nerds and Laffy Taffy.  Bright, fun and colorful!!!

Our pink and gold princess themed table is the perfect amount of elegance and bling!  We just adore the gold sequin runner and the delicate flower arrangement in the carriage.

Monster themed centerpieces can be either Sesame Street monsters or generic monsters as shown in the cookies.  It is such a fun tablescape!

4th of July/America theme is very patriotic with the flowers and lace runner.  We just love the small wagon used in this centerpiece.

If you have a sweet little dress or outfit that goes with your preferred color scheme, why not use it in the decor?  We are so happy with the way this centerpiece looks.  Delicate and sophisticated – we love it.

A great idea for a baby shower is a diaper cake centerpiece.  We used tub toys along with our crafted pinwheels to create this fun display.  Soon-to-be-mom will love the diapers also!

Pink and silver is a popular color scheme for parties and candy buffets are a hit with guests.  We wanted to do a centerpiece that incorporated the two trends in an elegant way.
